Welcome to Paws & Claws Handouts by Dr. Davies!

All educational materials sold or distributed through this site are protected under copyright law. Below you’ll find detailed information on how you may (and may not) use our handouts.

License Types

1) Individual License (Personal Use)

For individual veterinary professionals who wish to use handouts in daily practice

(or an individual purchasing for personal reference)

  • Share handouts with your clients at a single clinic location

  • Includes access to non-editable PDF files only

  • Not transferable to other clinics; Not to be used by other team members within the same clinic.

2) Clinic License (Single Location)

For use across an entire veterinary practice or hospital team.

  • Unlimited internal use by clinic staff

  • May request a version with clinic logo placement

  • License applies only to the veterinary clinic or veterinary care team named at time of purchase.

3) Editable License

For practices that wish to customize handouts. Includes custom logo requests.

  • Access to a Canva template with partial editing rights; OR request customization by Dr. Davies

  • Intended for adding contact information and branding (such as clinic logo)

  • Content ownership remains with Dr. Davies

  • Permission to customize content is limited to internal use only.

    Redistribution of edited or unedited templates outside your licensed location is not permitted.

4) Corporate / Multi-Clinic License

For organizations with multiple locations.

  • Allows use across multiple hospitals or teams

  • Custom licensing fees based on clinic number & volume

  • A signed licensing agreement may be required depending on volume.

Additional options include logo placement, editable files, or custom design handouts.

🚫 Prohibited Uses

Regardless of license tier, you may not:

  • Sell or redistribute the handouts

  • Remove Dr. Davies’ name or branding without a white-label license

  • Share editable templates with non-licensed users

  • Upload handouts to company-wide platforms without multi-clinic licensing

Use of content for commercial resale, online distribution, or inclusion in third-party platforms without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
