How to Access Your Downloads

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email containing your download link. If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in through the My Account page to re-access your files anytime.

Didn’t Receive Your Email?

Try the following:

• Check your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folder.

• Make sure you entered the correct email at checkout.

• If you’re using a work or clinic email, your firewall may block attachments - try a personal email instead.

Can’t Open the File?

Most files are delivered as standard PDF documents. Try:

• Updating your PDF reader (Adobe Reader, Preview, etc.)

• Opening on a different device

• Downloading instead of previewing in-browser

Lost Your Download?

Log into your account anytime and re-download your purchased handouts from your order history.
